“Dextrans Worldwide Group has been on a WINNING streak for the past 10 years. For that we want to celebrate success by thanking our stakeholders especially our dedicated and committed employees. We are proud and glad to reach this milestone which has seen us through many challenging yet fulfilling experiences. It has been an eventful 10 years. During this time, Dextrans has grown to 10 countries with 25 fully owned offices and 250 employees in Asia.

Dextrans has always been a vision driven organization. In the next phase, the growth engine of Asia will to be our playing field and this will bring us even more excitement as we embark on new challenges. Innovation and creativity has always been the hallmarks of our DNA even as we industriously work towards becoming a thought leader within the logistics industry. During this time Dextrans will go for more depth in our business especially in processes and skills. Dextrans will continue to develop innovative solutions to heighten our value proposition to its customers. We will also pursue, invest and execute our efforts especially in deepening our services offer in our core products in dedicated route management and industry verticals in the energy, resources and power generation sectors. In this new phase, IT will become an absolute barometer for our success. We are on the tail end of completion in our roll out of our integrated group operating platform – DEXTRAK so as to enhance better efficiency across the logistics pipeline and integrating the logistics community for better execution of shipments. Adding on to this will be our state of the art – DEXSETTLE – a central accounting system; a seemless financial data exchange and netting off system to propel us further to derive quick access in financial consolidation both within intra Dextrans offices and our partner agents.

On this joyous occasion, amidst the celebrations, its always important for us to lay hold of reality and always remember the purpose of our existence. In Dextrans, whilst we provide a family oriented employment yet we share with our people to embrace the passion and love for the less fortunate. 2005

Doubled the annual revenue with 38 staff in Asia offices includes Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand

2006

Doubled the annual revenue by penetrated key growth market in China, Shenzhen, and Dongguan as well as the EMS market. Set up 3 warehouse to handle VMI support for US move in Southern China

2007

Started new offices in Shanghai, Beijing and Vietnam with revenue $36 million and develop new procurement logistics arm.

2008

Dextrans Group operates in 16 sutes acriss 7 countries in Asia with 180 staff with $45 million revenues.

2009

Group operations expands into Korea and Cambodia. Also, officially launch our Project Logistics niche for Oil & Gas, Power generation.

2010

Group staff strength now exceeds 190 people operating in 18 sites. Also employed key Project Logistics Director for the Group to strengthen our Project handling capability. Dextrans has rollout of China second tier cities plans for freight management by develop distribution and strengthen logistics capabilities in China.

2011

Rollout common freight software and then central banking features. Reported group revenues of $53 million.

2012

Set up Track & Trace features for the group and centralize consolidated invoicing/payment settlement features. Officially launched DexTrak and DexSettle.

2013

Dextrans operates in 10 countries, 25 cities over 250 employees, generating more than 100,000 FCL annually. Dextrans Group begins to WIN big with key major accounts in Oul & Gas and Renewable Energy sectors.

2014

Dextrans makes major inroads into Projects Heavylift Forwarding with end to end solutions with major clients in long term contracts in Korea, Singapore and China.

2015

Dextrans set up Heavylift & Breakbulk chartering at Corporate level for both aircraft and vessel negotiation functions.

2016

Airfreight volumes starts to show spark in growth with key recruitments in Singapore, Taiwan, China.

2017

Dextrans Group formulates 4 key focused strategies for development as revamped objectives in new phase of growth is to build depth;

Dextrans embark and builds on a unique value chain program through vertically integrating procurement and distribution functions into its logistics services throughout all its Asia network locations.   • The beginning of a tough and highly chaotic period starts with happening of COVID created both risk as well as opportunities. Finances were stretched due to high freight rates, which also then brings with it credit risk and bad debts. Amidst all these, opportunities abound.

  • WFH (Work From Home) becomes every employee’s favourite buzzword.
  • Dextrans Corporate CULTURAL MANDATE launched that includes the Dextrans Creed – RICE
